    Simply contact us to discuss your business requirements. Once we have the necessary details and create your agent, you can finalize your subscription via the My Plan page. After payment is processed, your personalized AI agent will be assigned to your account.
  • How is my data protected?
    Your data is protected using industry-standard security measures. All information processed by our AI agent complies with GDPR and is handled in accordance with SOC 2 Type 2 certification standards, ensuring your data is secure.
  • Where can I find updates on my subscription or agent status?
    You can track the status of your personalized subscription and access your AI agent on the My Plan and My Agent pages, respectively. We will also send notifications via email for any significant updates or changes.
  • How do I access and use my personalized AI agent?
    Once your agent has been created and your subscription is active, you can access your agent through the My Agent page on our website. Your AI agent is designed to assist with your business-specific inquiries and tasks.
